Meet Coach Cloë

I am a mind body coach for visionary women, (formerly professional and olympic athletes) around the globe. I blend athletics, pilates, mindfulness and strength training to teach efficient effective movement by doing less but doing it better. My own fitness journey started at home in my bedroom when I was 17, and continued into full time athletics…so post baby, I was able to use what I had taught myself and learnt over the years to build back my strength not just in my body but also in my mind, all through movement with minimal equipment and also in small spaces.

Since becoming a mother, the importance of building a really strong foundation of both mind and body has never been so strong and I hope to help many women achieve the strength their bodies and minds were designed for.
